One person is dead after a head-on car crash near Sonoma Raceway.
The crash on Friday evening also left a mother and her two children hospitalized with major injuries. It happened on State Route 121, north of State Route 37. Witnesses say a Lexus traveling southbound inexplicably crossed over into the northbound lane, where it hit a Toyota SUV.
The driver of the Lexus died.
