The average price of a gallon of regular gas in Santa Rosa is down two cents today, at four-dollars-93 cents.
That’s also eight cents less than a week ago and 33 cents less than a month ago. Sonoma County has an average gas price of four-93, while Napa County has an average of five-04 per gallon, which is the most expensive in the North Bay.
