Sonoma County’s seasonal ban on outdoor burning starts today.
It applies to the unincorporated areas of the county. There will be a suspension of all residential burn permits. A similar burn ban was issued by Cal Fire. Burn restrictions will be in place until Cal Fire declares the end of peak fire season.
