The Santa Rosa Police Department is investigating a shooting near an apartment.
Detectives say the shooting on Sunday morning stemmed from an argument. Police say the suspect, Cesar Pacheco, got into an argument with the victim, which turned into a physical fight. After the fight was over, Pacheco allegedly got a gun from his apartment and fired a shot at the victim, who was not hit.
