Reality TV personality Farrah Abraham’s lawsuit against former Windsor mayor Dominic Foppoli will go to trial.
The jury trial is scheduled for July 17th, 2026, in Sonoma County Superior Court. Foppoli is accused of sexually assaulting Abraham and several other women. Her case is one of three civil cases against Foppoli now scheduled to be heard by juries.
The first trial is scheduled to start in December and the second is scheduled to start in March of 2026. Foppoli’s lawyer says he wants to change the venue in two of the trials.
