A man authorities are calling a “prolific” tagger is behind bars.
Fabian Manriquez Lopez was arrested in Rohnert Park last Thursday, along with his alleged accomplice, Alexis Smith. Both Santa Rosa residents are facing vandalism and conspiracy charges.
The Santa Rosa Police Department says it used Snapchat to investigate ten-thousand dollars in graffiti-related damages across Sonoma County, and traced it back to Lopez. Detectives say Lopez did most of the tagging and Smith filmed it, posting the videos and photos on Snapchat.
