Middletown Man Arrested For Starting Two-Acre Brush Fire

A man is accused of starting a two-acre brush fire in Lake County before a violent carjacking and a police chase.

On Monday, William Ralph Harbour the Fourth was charged with 14 felonies. They include kidnapping, carjacking, elder abuse, assaulting an officer, arson, and recklessly setting a fire of a structure or forest. Last Thursday, Harbour allegedly started the McKinley Fire near Middletown, where he is from. Police say he then carjacked someone and led police on a high-speed chase through Napa County in the vehicle before his arrest.

Harbour remains behind bars without bail and is due in court on September 11th.
