A retro gaming icon is trading home consoles for the casino floor.
The Press Democrat reports the “Bomberman” franchise has officially landed at the Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, marking the first time the explosive character has appeared on slot machines. Launched this month with titles like Bomberman Blast and Bomberman Boom, the machines blend 80s nostalgia with modern jackpot stakes.
The debut included a visit from a “Bomberman” mascot and slot influencer Scott Richter. Graton officials say the move follows a growing trend of bringing pop-culture legends—from Star Wars to Britney Spears—to the gambling world.
For Sonoma County gamblers, the classic maze-runner just got a high-stakes upgrade.
