The Roman Catholic Diocese of Santa Rosa is putting several more properties on the market as it continues to navigate a complex bankruptcy triggered by hundreds of sexual abuse claims. The new listings include a Napa Valley vineyard, a former clergy residence in Santa Rosa, and vacant land in both Sebastopol and Humboldt County. These sales follow two other property deals last year, all aimed at settling roughly 260 claims that prompted the Diocese to file for Chapter 11 protection back in 2023.
