A large drug recovery center near Sebastopol is set to close.
The Press Democrat reports Azure Acres, a 54-bed facility owned by Acadia Healthcare, will shut down in early October. The company also plans to close several affiliated outpatient sites.
While it’s unclear how many patients and employees are affected, Acadia Healthcare says it is helping current clients transfer to other facilities. The county’s Behavioral Health Division stated the closure will have a minimal impact on their services, as Azure Acres primarily serves clients with private insurance.
