The teen driver that killed 4 teens in a Marin County accident earlier this year is now facing charges.
Those charges include misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and other lesser infractions. A total of six people were in the car when it left the roadway and slammed into a tree back in April. Four teenagers died in the fiery wreck, while the driver and a sixth victim survived.
The driver will be back in court in early December.
