The Santa Rosa city council has finally adopted new regulations banning the sale of flavored tobacco products and e-cigarettes within the city. The reworked ordinance does allow for the sale and transfer of business licenses between owners, but new businesses or relocating businesses cannot be within 600-feet of a park or school. It also sets a minimum price of $10 per pack. The measure will get a final reading and vote next month and will go into effect January 1st if approved.
