An ex-convict is accused of driving under the influence of drugs in Petaluma.
Earlier this month, police found Joahan Maldonado passed out behind the wheel of a car stopped at a stop sign. Police say he was under the influence of multiple controlled substances and in possession of drugs as well.
Maldonado, a Healdsburg resident, recently got out of prison, where he was doing time in connection with separate shooting incidents.
