With temperatures soaring this weekend, CalFire’s Sonoma-Lake-Napa unit announced it is one of six regions testing a new lookout camera system that uses A-I to detect potential new fires. The new cameras can pan, tilt, zoom and identify anomalies within minutes. The state fire agency has invested over $20 million in the system.
