There is a bit of a mystery in Solano County, where someone is buying up all the land surrounding the huge Travis Air Force Base, and no one can figure out exactly who it is.
The name of the company, Flannery Associates is known, they are incorporated in Delaware, so they don’t have to disclose who makes up the company. They have spent almost $1 Billion dollars acquiring land surrounding the base, all totaled, they own over 52,000 acres in Solano county.
