Sebastopol has a new mayor and vice mayor this morning. Diana Rich, former vice mayor was elected the new mayor, and council member Stephen Zollman was elected vice mayor. Both were approved by a 4-1 vote with Jill McLewis voting in opposition for both. The proceedings were interrupted by several residents calling in on Zoom pretending to make public comments, but instead launching into hateful speech, making Sebastopol the latest Sonoma county town to face such an attack.
